Join Rabbi Jeremy as we resume our monthly sessions reading Pirkei Avot (“the Ethics of the Fathers”). Since it’s been a while, we’ll start by doing a summary of the territory we covered through the spring. From there we’ll move on with our study of the text.
We’ll continue to look at what the rabbis thought it meant to be a rabbi, and what their ideas might mean to us today. As always, no Hebrew knowledge or prior work is required!
